NARM Therapy

NARM is designed to support anyone who experienced CPTSD or difficult early life experiences. When we grow up in challenging environments, the ways we learn to cope leave traces on us that get in the way of being who we most want to be. We recognise that we’re feeling less free, safe, authentic, joyful or peaceful, sometimes in strong, and sometimes in subtle ways. It doesn’t have to be the result of big moments of trauma, but can be

NARM helps untangle those patterns in the present moment, without having to speak about the past. We get curious together, moment by moment about how it is to be you, and what you most deeply want for yourself now.

It’s a compassionate, powerful way of supporting transformation of long held patterns.

I trained in NARM because it offers a beautiful way of unsticking things that are often out of awareness, without retraumatising.
